1. Product Refund Policy

At PADDIK, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We offer a 15-day return policy for eligible products purchased through PADDIK.com. This policy allows customers to return items within 15 days of receiving them, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. The purpose of this policy is to give our customers peace of mind, allowing them to evaluate their purchase fully. PADDIK reserves the right to inspect returned items to confirm that they meet our return criteria before processing a refund.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Certain conditions apply to ensure a smooth and fair refund process. Refunds are available for items in unused and undamaged condition, along with the original proof of purchase. PADDIK does not accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration, as these products cannot be resold. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, and such restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Additionally, customized or special-order items may be exempt from our refund policy.

3. Refund Process and Time Frame

Customers have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To begin the process, customers should contact our support team at support@paddik.com with their order details and reason for return. Once approved, they will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) safely. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Customers will receive a refund confirmation via email, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that any shipping costs incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges and Store Credits

While PADDIK does not offer direct exchanges due to the limited inventory of our specialty products, we do provide the option for store credits. If a customer is interested in a different product or size, they can return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and use the store credit toward a new purchase. This credit is applied to the customer's account and can be redeemed on PADDIK.com for future purchases.

5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

To ensure quality and safety, certain products are non-returnable, including items marked as “final sale” on the product page. Additionally, products that fall under hygiene-related categories may not be eligible for return once opened. We encourage customers to review the product details carefully before purchase.
